Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: What does personalized cover mean
Personalized magazine cover is when you have the photo on the cover of the magazine as your selected photo instead the of the generic image selected from the photos at the event.
Question 2: If I order the personalized magazine what then happens?
Once you place your order, we will provide you with a link where you will upload your preferred cover photo. If you also purchased the package with extra pages, you will also have to provide additional photos that will be used on the extra pages. These photos could be photos from the event or other memorable photos you would like to include in the magazine. The choice is yours.
Thereafter, we will use the photos provided to design your personalized magazine cover and inside pages. We will share the design with you to get your approval. Production will commence after approval.
Question 3: How long will my order take to be delivered
All magazine order will be produced at the same time as this makes it cost effective for our customers. Once we finalize the photo selection with the school we will complete the design and share with each customer or purchased a magazine the design for review and confirmation that they are happy with the design. Once that is confirmed, the print production commences and will take about 2-5 business days. Thereafter if you have selected to pick up at the school, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days after printing. So from the day approval is given to print, it will take about 7 working days.
Question 4: I purchased the After Event Magazine but I have not sent the photos for the cover and inside pages
